We have been in business since 2000. Prior to that, Brenda Attended Delaware Valley College, where she majored in animal science and animal husbandry. She also attended grooming school, had worked as a groomer, and a veterinary technician, where she recieved professional, veterinarian supervised training on the proper administration of medication and medical treatments, as well as working with live stock.
John also grew in a farm environment and worked with live stock as well as having his own pets. He worked as a wildlife rehab specialist in upstae New York, where he also was trained to administer medication, and medical treatments. Ever had to tube feed a sand crane? Well, John has, and he can tell you, it's not easy.

Yes. If you so desire, although our standard practice is that you are free to call, text, or email us at anytime while your away. Otherwise, no news is good news.

No. For insurance reasons, as well as to reduce any axiety for your pet, we ask that customers not enter the grooming van. Although you are more than welcome to watch through the window.

Yes. We have four dogs of our own and wouldn't have it any other way.

No. While this may sound harmless, while your dog is in our care they are our responability. Therefore we will not expose them to other people or other pets.

Yes. We offer multiple pet discounts for dog walking, pet sitting, and grooming. Those discounts are determined during you free consultation. We also offer active military discounts.

Yes. Just ask when scheduling your free consultation and we will be happy to provide those for you.

Once we have all of your information from your free consultation.For daily dog walks, and pet sitting we ask that you give us 24 hours prior notice. For grooming we suggest calling as soon as posible as the days book up fast. Or you can get on a reoccuring schedule for every 3-6 weeks and qualify for a possible discount.

Yes. But you will be required to sign a waiver. Since the other person or pet sitter does not work for us. We can't hold them to our standards of providing professional care for your pet while we're not there, and therefore can't be responsible for what happens during that period when we're not actively careing for your pet.
